The Fayre

When The FayreLa Ferme is operated on a fully catered basis, the emphasis being on high quality produce and local specialities. This includes a choice of cooked or continental breakfast with fresh orange juice, afternoon tea and 4 course evening meal served with wine, coffee and liqueurs. All drinks at the chalet are free and we offer guests complimentary champagne on arrival.

At the beginning of each season we have a sommelier who selects a range of wines for our winter clients. We then, in-conjunction with our qualified chef, select the wines specifically for each meal from our wine cellar.

On our chef's night off we take you out to a nearby Savoyard restaurant to sample the home brewed beer and local food, or to a restaurant of your choice.

The quality of our food and wine is important to us and our clients alike. Our chefs are all experienced and qualified individuals and we work closely with the chef and sommelier to ensure a high standard of offering.
